Would I ever go D/s 24/7 ..have I tried it?

For those of you that don’t know me very well. I have three delightful children (*read ferals) to which I have too contend with daily exploits. They cramp my lifestyle, but they are the loves of my life. ( besides my other boys *wink*) It’s hard enough trying to explain away my 6 foot 8 St Andrews cross, but so far the explanation of it being a giant paint easel, has been swallowed with out the use of a sugar coating .My nine year old has started to question the numerous “rug beaters” and has commented “we don’t have that many rugs Mummy. " My five year old has fascinated my guests With the proud acknowledgement of“ Mummy is silly, she collects dog collars and we don’t even have a doggie” and I haven’t even mentioned the two year olds penchant to wear my pvc g strings panties as a hat/eye patch or his find of my hand cuffs, thrown to the floor during a fit of lust and passion, only to use them the following day as teething ring in front the of the unexpected early morning guest (which happened to be my Mother)...so to contemplate trying a 24/7 lifestyle would be hard if not down right impossible and ludicrous I’m running out of white lies as it is. LOL gawd how much longer can I get away with B.D.S.M being an acronym for *Better *Do *Some *Mowing.
Mmmmm the idea of Oz on his knees, although I find it thrilling, in the presence of the children, it can only mean one thing... PONY RIDES…(*sob* for them, not for me)
Please don’t the get wrong the idea. My children are secluded from my lifestyle choices, but a closed door doesn’t always work with an inquisitive prepubescent child, and a locked box might as well have a flashing neon sign alerting the child to hidden contents and treasures to be explored. Play time is now restricted to after dark...dressing gowns are close at hand, the comment of “Mummy, you know you shouldn’t wear your boots in the house”... still echoes in my ears from a midnight close encounter of the wide eyed un-extraterrestrial kind. but after all said and done (and promptly re- hidden). I wouldn’t change my lot in life. I think deep down inside my ferals know, that if Mummy is content, so are they. So for now I’ll settle for what I have ..maybe one day, it will 24/7 but for now my 24/2 weekends will do... balancing life is whats its all about. After all isn’t our lifestyle give and take.
So its save the rod, and spoil the child(ren) they have to grow up one day….don’t they ..please tell me they do!!

Do you know anyone that has a 24/7 D/s lifestyle with children ? I’d love to chat with T/them ?

You love your kids Bonnie. Thats the centre to them. All else are interesting little bits of life they will pull out and examine at some time or other, but if they know Mum is there and loves them they'll be right. The alternative is to buy them little bondage outfits for their birthdays!!
p.s. 24/2 beats 0/0

I got a good chuckle over this. We have six children between us. When I met my wife she told me her kids were the light of her life and that in some ways I would always be second place in comparison. I think most men, fathers, husbands realize this and understand... well mostly. The kids are such a joy overall, but they can be frustrating, especially if Mom and Dad are into a non-vanilla lifestyle. When they become teenagers it becomes a great deal more difficult to conceal this lifestyle. Which is why, at least regarding our FemDom marriage, we look forward to the empty nest (still 4 or 5 year off). I'll be wearing my collar a good deal more often when that happens.
